Jamaican-born, globally bred singer/songwriter Nordia Lee Witter has been honing her pop-infused, Reggae and dancehall-inflected sound into a signature calling card since as early as she can remember. During her travels between London, New York, Jamaica and Miami, Witter has incorporated her world citizenry into her lyrics, performance and vocal styling. Her music speaks a universal language, mixing the electricity and originality of a natural born diva with the flair and consciousness of her Caribbean roots. Her voice flows with an effortlessness that is as organic as it is dynamic, as intuitive as it is sexy. While attending Edna Manley College of Visual and Performing Arts, Nordia also worked as a glamour model and garnered several awards, including second place as Swimsuit Model as well as Ms. Venus. During this time, she traveled to the Bahamas, St Lucia, Barbados and Martinique. Nordia has appeared in the Jamaican films Shottas and One Love, as well as the Shaggy and Ali G video - Me Julie.
